REFUND/EXCHANGE/CANCELLATION POLICY

All Sales of water are final. You are responsible for all water delivered through your meter. There is no refund or exchange for water wasted or not used for its intended purpose. Any disputes over the amount of water used must be addressed with the office within 30 days of recepit of your bill.
